Relationship & Sex Therapy for Busy Couples and Individuals in North Carolina
As a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) and AASECT Certified Sex Therapist (CST), I help dedicated couples and individuals reduce conflict, improve communication, and restore intimacy and connection.
You’re in the Right Place.
Are you feeling unhappy, disconnected, or unfulfilled in your relationship? Worried that things are heading toward separation or divorce? Or struggling with intimacy and wondering if things can ever feel passionate and close again?
You’re not alone — and finding the right therapist doesn’t have to be overwhelming. I specialize in couples therapy, sex therapy, and individual therapy with a strong focus on communication and conflict resolution. I help partners communicate emotions more effectively, reduce arguments, feel heard, and rebuild connection in a safe, non-judgmental space.
Because life is already busy, all sessions are virtual — meet online from the comfort of your home with no commute or time off work needed.
My goal is to help you move from feeling stuck or worried to feeling more connected, understood, and hopeful — both as a couple and as an individual. For those interested, I also value integrating faith and spirituality as part of the therapy journey.
Change begins at home. And it can begin for you today.

You Are Not Alone.
Getting Started: Finding the Right Therapist.
Finding the right therapist can feel overwhelming — especially when you’re already juggling a busy career, family responsibilities, and the emotional weight of relationship struggles. You want someone who understands you, has experience with the issues you face, and can create real progress without judgment.
Couples in particular may worry that the therapist will take sides or that it will feel unsafe to speak openly. I create a neutral, balanced space where both partners feel heard and respected. My role is to help you understand each other better — not to judge or pick a “winner.”
I offer a complimentary 15-minute phone consultation. It’s a low-pressure way for us to connect, answer your questions, and see if my approach feels like the right fit. No commitment required — just an honest conversation to help you move forward with confidence.
